About Estes

Estes is an Italian American restaurant inspired by Italian roots and the seasonality of the Pacific Northwest. Estes is named for the Italian side of my family that immigrated to the US from Rome. Upon arrival to Ellis Island, our family name was changed from d’Este to Estes.

Estes specializes in hand-made pastas as well as risotto, meat and fish entrees that are seasonally inspired by our farmers. With family roots reaching to Rome, our menu consists of staples such as Cacio e Pepe, Lumache al Cinghiale, as well as seasonally influenced ravioli or tortellini.
