About Estes

Estes is inspired by Italian roots and the seasonality of the Pacific Northwest. Estes specializes in hand-made pastas as well as risotto and meat and fish entrees. With family roots reaching to Rome, our menu consists of staples such as Cacio e Pepe, Lumache al Cinghiale (wild boar ragù), as well as seasonally influenced ravioli or tortellini.

We are located in the Concordia Neighborhood at:

Our hours are:

Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday 5pm-9pm

Fri and Sat 5pm - 10pm
